                   AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE
                   HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND AND N0/100 DOLLARS
                   ($170,000.00) FROM THE CONTINGENCY FUND TO
                   THE PUBLIC WORKS/TIFTONIA ACCOUNT FOR THE
                   PURPOSE OF SECURING INFRASTRUCTURE COST FOR
                   THE TIFTONIA/MCDOWELL PROPERTY RELATIVE TO
                   THE PHASE 1 SALE OF THIS PROJECT.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  That there be and is hereby appropriated the
       sum of $170,000.00 from the Contingency Fund to the Public Works/ 

       Tiftonia Account for the purpose of securing infrastructure cost
       for the Tiftonia/McDowell property relative to the Phase 1 sale 
of
       this project.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  That this ordinance shall take effect two
       (2) weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
